Karli (she/her) is a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping teens, adults, and couples navigate life’s ups and downs. She strives to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and safe to explore both challenges and growth.​

Karli takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing from modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to help clients connect with their values, build insight, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego and her Bachelor’s in Marketing from Bucknell University. Before becoming a counselor, Karli worked in corporate sales and marketing.

Karli has experience supporting adults with a range of mental health concerns, couples navigating relationship challenges, and teens recovering from eating disorders. She has a special interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship or dating distress. As a former Division I athlete, Karli is also passionate about supporting athletes in cultivating balance, confidence, and overall well-being. She warmly welcomes clients from all backgrounds.
