Resources and Support Following the Islamic Center of San Diego Shooting


In the wake of the devastating shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego, our community is coming together to support those impacted. Below is a compilation of local resources providing mental health, legal, and financial assistance.

Donation Resources

Direct support for victims and their families can be provided through the Official ICSD Victim & Family Support Fund and the CAIR-San Diego fundraiser, which assist with funeral costs, immediate household needs, and long-term stability.

Legal Aid

The San Diego County District Attorney’s Victim Services (619-531-4041) offers support for impacted community members, including victims, students, and employees of the center.

Mental Health Support

Resources from Sandy Hook Promise and the San Diego County Office of Education provide guidance on helping children cope with tragedy. Additionally, the California vs. Hate hotline (833-8-NO-HATE) and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline offer confidential support.

Our practice is dedicated to supporting the community during this difficult time and is able to provide specialized mental health counseling for those affected by this tragedy.
