La Mesa Office

Parking is available in spaces marked for Suite B as well as plenty of 2 hour parking on both La Mesa Blvd and Rosehedge. Our suite entrance is on the corner of La Mesa Blvd and Rosehedge on the west side of the building. To enter, walk along the sidewalk on LMB from the parking lot, come up the steps and enter the door with the "Welcome" sign. Please be seated in our lobby and your therapist will be out at your scheduled appointment time.
*If you need entrance into our building without using the steps, please let us know and we will make arrangements to let you in the back door.*

We have plenty of client parking available behind our building with easy entrance to our office. Easy access for Uber/Taxi drop off as well. Upon entry to the suite, please take a seat and your therapist will meet with you at your scheduled appointment time. ​
Rancho Bernardo Office

Parking is available near the main entrance to the building. Our suite is located on the 1st floor. Upon entry to our lobby, please take a seat and your therapist will meet with you at your scheduled appointment time.
Our building is locked after 6pm, Monday - Friday and throughout the weekend. If you have an appointment after 6pm or on the weekend, text your therapist when you arrive and they will meet you at the main entrance to let you in at your appointment time. Our Rancho Bernardo office is located close to an MTS bus stop, close to the 15 freeway and is easy for Uber/Taxi drop off.

We have plenty of client parking on either side of the building. If you park on the lower/West side of the building you will enter on the 1st floor and need to take the stairs/elevator to the 2nd floor. If you park on the upper/East side of the building you will already enter the 2nd floor. Upon entry to our suite, please take a seat and your therapist will meet with you at your scheduled appointment time. ​
Our building is locked at 7pm, Monday - Friday and after 12pm on Saturdays/all day Sundays. If you have an appointment after 7pm or on the weekend, text your therapist when you arrive and they will meet you at the east entrance (upper parking lot) to let you in at your appointment time. Close access to the 5 freeway, and easy drop off for Uber/Taxi drivers.
