Adria Willoughby (she/her) is dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and emotionally inclusive space where you can feel truly seen and understood. Whether you are an adolescent, adult, or a family seeking therapy, Adria will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and the unconditional positive regard needed to move toward healing and greater well-being.

Adria specializes in supporting clients through their most challenging moments, including emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. She recognizes that your mental health is shaped by your unique identity, culture, and environment, and she approaches therapy through a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens. Her goal is to empower you to discover your strengths while addressing the social determinants of health that impact your daily life.

Drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based practices, Adria integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you reach your goals. She also utilizes Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and somatic practices to provide a comprehensive and relational approach tailored to your specific needs.

Adria earned her Master of Social Work from Portland State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health from Avila University. She is committed to cultural humility and inclusivity, ensuring that every client feels empowered and supported on their journey to lasting change.
