Meet Alexis Zepeda, AMFT

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Do you find yourself struggling with self-doubt, or carrying the heavy burden of managing expectations and relationship stress alone? You may fear conflict, rejection, or simply not being understood. If you are seeking a way to feel more grounded, balanced, and confident, you are in the right place.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds who are ready to build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I am especially passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions, as well as emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

In our work together, we will focus on identifying your goals and developing practical tools for lasting change. I use a client-centered and flexible style, integrating evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic interventions, and sand tray techniques. We will work collaboratively to improve emotional regulation, communication, and self-awareness, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and stability.

Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and self-doubting, frustrated by patterns they haven’t been able to change on their own. Through therapy, they move toward feeling more grounded, self-aware, and confident in their ability to manage emotions and navigate challenges. They go from feeling stuck and reactive to feeling more empowered, regulated, and intentional in their choices and relationships. If you dream of feeling more at peace within yourself and capable of handling life’s challenges, I invite you to schedule an appointment to begin your journey toward a more balanced and meaningful life
