Clinical Supervisor and Lead Clinician

Licensed Clinical Social Worker #22961

It is a brave first step to seek support, and I am honored to walk beside you as you begin this journey. Whether you are navigating the heavy weight of grief, managing the exhaustion of caregiving, or finding yourself at a life crossroads, my goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can find clarity, balance, and renewed hope.

I understand that life often feels overwhelming when you are stretched too thin—between the demands of work, the complexities of family relationships, and the quiet struggle of making time for yourself. You may be feeling stuck, weighed down by the fear of change, or finding it difficult to set the boundaries you need to protect your own well-being.

With 25 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles, I have dedicated my career to helping people navigate these exact challenges. I specialize in supporting those coping with loss, grief, and life transitions, as well as parents and caregivers feeling burdened by their responsibilities. My approach is collaborative and client-centered; we will work together as partners to define your goals, discover alternative perspectives, and identify the practical tools you need to build the life you deserve.

You don't have to carry this alone. Change is possible, and finding peace, accomplishment, and self-confidence is within reach. I look forward to supporting you as you reclaim your time, energy, and sense of purpose.
