To access your Client Portal, you must be an established client at Positive Change Counseling Center and your therapist must have already sent you an invitation to set up your portal. If your therapist hasn't yet sent the link, or it has expired, please contact your therapist directly to request they resend the link.
Your Client Portal can be used to update insurance or payment information, message your therapist and join your Zoom teletherapy sessions. If you are wanting to schedule a first-time appointment at Positive Change Counseling Center, please click on "Request An Appointment" and a Client Care Coordinator will assist you.
